Week 1
StoryboardsThis week we grouped up into a pair of 3 and think of a simple idea in which a differant group could video,My group came up with this simple idea of a guy climbing a tree. The main focus of creating this was to then draw a storyboard which would tell the other group everything they needed to know about filming this. Ours below is quit in detail.
There are Hundreds of Codecs, these are the formats that determine wether the Video will play, for a video to play on a computer , both the laptop and the videos codecs must match.

Week 4
Sin City effect
This Picture i edited on Final Cut, i added a colour correcter 3 - way effect to it to get this sin city effect picking out the red of the background to focus on.
Week 5
Explosions
I used Adobe Premier Pro to edit This youtube video of a girl shooting a gun to add the more explosive effect. To do this i overlapped the footage.

WEEK 6
Blue Screen
This week we had the use the Chroma Key tool in the effects on final cut, I used Premier pro but they work exackly the same , we were given two videos of a blue screened Duncun and had to apply him to a still picture .
This first clip i added him to a catwalk background.
And maybe the obvious choice of adding him to a beach scene with the monsters inc t-shirt on.
Week 7
Camera Matching
In this lesson we learnt to insert a 3d image by mapping the co-ordinates of the real objects in the picture into 3ds max, this is a very effective way of producing a mix of animation and real life.
Week 6
I look at Sculpting faces and Using masking when applying paint.....
The Dinosaur was pre-built so thati could test using the Paint tools and mapping.
This Alien i created myself using human faces as a referance , chose a green colour scheme as it makes it obvious that its not human and te black marks on the face apply that its a sort of warrior.
